Based on the goals and philosophy of the university and college, we in the Department of Interior Design and Furniture seek to provide a distinguished academic program in accordance with international standards that focuses on providing students with the knowledge and skills that qualify them to enter the labor market, meet the development needs of the local and regional community, and contribute to the preparation of specialists capable of developing and establishing scientific and technical research. Encouraging studies and research in this field to serve national development goals, and keeping track of all scientific and technical developments through self-learning during the student's studies and after graduation from university. We also seek to hold conferences and scientific visits that link the theoretical and practical aspects and enhance students’ experience, in addition to specialized scientific seminars and organizing exhibitions and art workshops that contribute to developing the educational environment and promoting creative culture in society. Besides the participation of industrialists and specialists in training and preparing the student's personality to face the challenges of the era and prove his presence in the field of specialization. The department still aspires to achieve the best, to advance, and to spread the culture of specialization in all local and international forums.
